It provides a powerful inbound solution with inbuilt ACD, IVR, Call Logger and Customizable CRM. The calls can be terminated over PSTN link or a PRI link with N level of IVR for each port. It comes with the inbuilt functionality of Agent UI Pop UP with the caller id of the customer. All the calls can be recorded by the voice logger and call barge-in can be done on to any agent in call. The complete management of the box is very smart and simple using the user-friendly web based interfaces including the agent ui.
