Leap –The Call Tracker®

Leap is a Call Tracking and Call Billing Software. Telephone cost accounts for a considerable amount of expenditure in any organization. Leap The Call Tracker® enables to understand exactly where your time, money and resources are being spent.

Leap is feature rich, comprehensive application which can be integrated with most of the PBXs’ available in the market. Powerful reporting features incorporate data and graphs for maximum impact. The software is designed to support the MIS requirements of Call/Contact Centers over VoIP and IPLC.

Leap The Call Tracker software is on Windows® 98/Me/NT/2000/XP platform and communicates with PBX through communication port (COM port).

Leap is available in two flavors Single user license and Multi user. For multi-user the server module of leap should be installed in central server, while the clients can be in LAN.

  • LEAP the Call tracker- Ordering Steps

    1. The LEAP application supports a wide range of PBX’s. Those supported are given in our brochure. Down load it and learn the Software suitability to your business. If your PBX is not listed there, please Email your PBX make and model number to rmishra@tvtworld.com for a reply if your PBX can be supported.

    2. If your PBX is supported, please contact your PBX vendor or the dealer who supplied it to provide you with a cable to attach to your PC’s Com port.

    3. Down Load LEAP Software and the Installation Guide from our download area for a trial installation. If you have a problem, call our help line 91-11-26191341/42.

    4.
