We provide round the clock support (24/7). Online and telephonic support forms the major part of the support. We have a web based infrastructure from where we can connect to customer site to trouble shoot, isolate and resolve the problem or tell customer what to do if it is relating to third party boxes connected to our appliance. In case of hardware malfunction which is very rare, we either provide on site support or replace the equipment depending on the problem.
Trouble-Ticketing
We follow a standard trouble ticketing process for every problem raised by our customers. The advanced online trouble ticketing helps our customer create a trouble ticket on their own and also follow its status either online or through an IVR system accessible via phone.
