  1. What are the features do C-Zentrix support?
    Our products and services are intensively used for Inbound/Outbound telephone calls, Interactive Voice Response, voice logger, predictive dialling, IP-PBX, voice commerce and customer relations management(CRM) applications.

  2. How many agents can C-Zentrix accommodate on a single server?
    C-Zentrix can even run on a simple assembled server which can support up to 150 agents on a single box. It also takes supports voice logging, CRM without any purchase of extra hardware.

  3. Do C-Zentrix also support Voice over IP?
    C-Zentrix supports both VoIP and TDM channels.

  4. Can i buy the C-Zentrix product with minimum features like predictive dailer and customized CRMs?
    C-Zentrix comes with all integrated features , however you can choose the features based upon your requirement and cut down costs as well.

  5. If i want to run full blown contact center with 15 agents which may be upgraded to 150 agents in next 3 months? Do I need to buy any additional hardware?
    C-Zentrix has a capability to support 5- 150 simultaneous agents at any point of time, hence there is no need to buy any extra hardware.

  6. Am already running my inbound and outbound operations with some hardware in place. Is it required to buy any new hardware if i want run C-Zentrix also?
    C-Zentrix is compatible on almost all types of hardware. If you have an existing server but not in use can be used otherwise should go for a new purchase.

  7. Can we get hardware from you and support for the same?
    We are contact centre Software Company, we normally don’t supply hardware but since we are in the industry from long time working with many network solution providers, we can procure hardware from our vendors on your behalf at competitive prices.

  8. We have some projects to be outsourced? Do you run any BPO or can expect any help for the same?
    We don’t run any call centres but if you need is genuine we would be happy to redirect to any of our clients.

  9. What all IP telephony systems do C-Zentrix support?
    We are compatible with almost all vendor’s telephony cards except a few.

  10. Do we get support 24*7?
